We invite you to a special evening event at MPL's Central Library as we inaugurate the 2025-2026 MPL Poet Laureate, Shelly Conley. You will have the pleasure and honor of hearing Shelly and other local poets as they present their work and share their stories. Witness the power of poetry in our community firsthand. Come celebrate Shelly Conley and the art of storytelling with the opportunity to connect with fellow poetry enthusiasts. Light refreshments will be provided. We promise it will be an unforgettable evening!
