The Hidden Chapter Book Club gathers monthly to read, sip, and discover. We'll discuss Vera Wong's Unsolicited Advice for Murderers by Jesse Q Sutando and explore the Library's Chinese Room.

Tucked away in a cozy corner of the library, The Hidden Chapter Book Club gathers once a month to read, sip, and discover. We’ll discuss a new book each month and explore historic library spaces and collections overlooked by the everyday visitor.

May meeting will discuss Vera Wong's Unsolicited Advice for Murderers by Jesse Q. Sutanto, and explore Milwaukee's Chinese history, including the Chinese Room at Central Library, a former Milwaukee Public Museum collection space. 

Limited copies of each title will be available for checkout at the Wisconsin Avenue circulation desk in the month leading up to the meeting.

Meet up in the Old Board Room, first floor Rotunda, bookseller corridor, last door on the right.
