Innovation and Learning LabLooking to feel more confident making meals at home? This easygoing, hands-on series will share helpful tips, techniques, and ideas to make preparing food at home easier.
Confidence in the kitchen starts with your knife. This hands-on class takes the fear out of chopping as you learn proper grip, safe cutting techniques, and essential cuts like dice, mince, and julienne. Working with fresh ingredients like tomatoes, onions, and cilantro, you’ll build real muscle memory while creating vibrant pico de gallo and classic bruschetta. There will be time at the end for Q&A, and a shared tasting.
