Learn about advance directives and how you can plan and direct the types of health care you may receive in the event you become unable to express your wishes. Explore an advance directive checklist and Wisconsin-specific resources.

The planning ahead series will help you make important end-of-life decisions so your loved ones won’t have to face them alone. Topics include getting started with creating advance medical and legal directives, estate planning, and exploring choices in end-of-life care. Presented by the University of Wisconsin-Madison Division of Extension -Milwaukee County.
