Innovation and Learning LabLooking to feel more confident making meals at home? This easygoing, hands-on series will share helpful tips, techniques, and ideas to make preparing food at home easier.
Roll up your sleeves and dive into the magic of homemade pasta, no machine required. In this class, you’ll transform simple ingredients into hand-rolled cavatelli or pici, then bring it all together with a flavorful Roman Cacio e Pepe or a quick marinara. You’ll learn how gluten forms by hand, and how starchy pasta water becomes the secret to restaurant quality sauces. From kneading and shaping to boiling and tossing, you’ll be in the action every step of the way. End this class by enjoying a sample and taking home your handmade pasta.
