"You are what you eat!" This food literacy program is designed for children, youth, and families to explore the world of food.

Each weekly session will include a hands-on cooking lesson that focuses on a specific nutritional element, food group, cooking principle, or history of food. Sessions include a snack for attendees. All supplies will be provided.
