Are you ready to open a physical location for your business? This workshop is for you!

Milwaukee County, the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), LISC, and other resource partners are bringing free business support directly to you.

This workshop is designed for entrepreneurs who are already operating a business and taking their next step toward a brick-and-mortar location. Participants leave with a focused strategy and real tools to move forward. In this free session, you will learn:

  • How to financially prepare your business for a lease or mortgage
  • Permits and municipality-specific requirements for leasing or buying
  • What to look for in a space to set your business up for success
  • Resources you can access right now to move forward
