Celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month by creating a beautiful friendship bracelet using a Kumihimo disc. Kumihimo is the Japanese word for “gathered thread”. We will be learning about the history of the art while making our own unique friendship bracelets using this technique.
All supplies are included. Program limited to 15 participants. Register in person or online at mpl.org/calendar.
Crafting Connections meets monthly on Mondays from 1:00-3:00pm at the Bay View Branch Library on the following dates: May 4th, June 8th, July 6th, and August 3rd.
