If you're thinking about buying a home or are simply wondering about the process, you've come to the right place!

Are you thinking about buying a home or just wanting to learn more about how it all works? We'd love for you to join us at our free in-person seminar, where you’ll be able to connect with our homebuying experts and have a chance to have your questions answered face-to-face. We’ll be covering topics like:

  • How to get ready for your home search
  • Steps to getting preapproved
  • Exploring different loan options & down payment assistance programs
  • Understanding budgeting and all the costs involved
  • What to expect from the mortgage process
  • Who’s who in the world of homebuying
  • The latest market trends

The seminar provides information and resources to help you begin your homebuying journey, with no obligation. Whether you are just starting out or already underway, you are welcome to attend, ask questions, and explore the process together.

Registration is encouraged. Walk-ins welcome.
