Need to find your poetic aura for National Poetry Month? Join us for this teen-focused writing workshop hosted by Milwaukee artist and poet Mikey Cody Apollo!

Using elements of the Rider-Waithe tarot deck, and the storytelling star power of rap artists like Kendrick Lamar, Doechii, and Tyler the Creator, participants will create their own spoken word poems dedicated to the power of manifestation and self-determination. A perfect time to create a new, original piece to submit for the MPL Teen Poetry Contest!
