Mom 2 Mom is a safe, judgement free, support group for moms and birthing people to connect, share experiences, and learn from each other.

  • Support groups will be facilitated in English
  • 1st Tuesday of each month
  • Topics will rotate at each group and are driven by moms

Topics include:

  • February 3: Identity beyond motherhood
  • March 3: Self care and emotional wellbeing
  • April 14: Routines
  • May 5: Getting out of the house
  • June 2: Boundaries and balance
  • July 7: Developmental expectations
  • August 4: Coparenting
  • September 1: Attachment and bonding
  • October 6: Sleep 101
  • November 10: The feeding experience
  • December 1: Planning for the future
