Gentle Stretch and Movement meets Tuesdays from 2:00-3:00pm at the Bay View Branch Library on the following dates: 9/2, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30, 10/7, 10/14, 10/21, 11/25, 12/2, 12/9, 12/16, 12/23, 12/30.
There will be NO class on 10/28, 11/4, 11/11, and 11/18. Class resumes 11/25.
Please bring your own yoga mat and container for water. Straps and blocks will be provided.
