Llewellyn Community Room

A program series about common health concerns related to bladder, bowel, pelvic floor, & reproductive health. Offered by the Pelvic Health & Wellness Organization.

An interactive workshop that helps preteens and their caregivers understand puberty and menstruation, build confidence talking about body changes, and create a personalized period kit to take home. Register in person or online at mpl.org/calendar to save your spot! Walk-ins will be welcome day of until all available seats are filled. 

"Puberty & Periods" is part of a larger workshop series presented by the Pelvic Health & Wellness Organization. All events will take place at the Bay View Branch Library on select Saturday mornings. Full series schedule below:

  • Toilet Training Made Easy - September 19th from 10:00am-11:00am
  • Returning to Exercise After Baby - October 3rd from 10:00am-11:00am
  • Puberty & Periods - October 17th from 10:00am-11:15am
  • Perimenopause 101 - November 14th from 10:00am-11:00am
