Led by pelvic health physical therapists this workshop breaks down the physical changes of perimenopause and gives you practical, realistic strategies to support your body through this transition. Register in person or online at mpl.org/calendar to save your spot! Walk-ins will be welcome day of until all available seats are filled.
"Perimenopause 101" is part of a larger workshop series presented by the Pelvic Health & Wellness Organization. All events will take place at the Bay View Branch Library on select Saturday mornings. Full series schedule below:
