Do you love music? Poetry? Rhythm & Rhyme is a fun and creative program where we listen to different kinds of music and write poems about how the music makes us feel.

We’ll explore various styles of music—like jazz, hip-hop, classical, or world music—and then take time to write our thoughts, feelings, and ideas in poetry. There’s no right or wrong way to write—just listen, feel, and create.

This event is part of a week of special programming for older adults, in celebration of World Senior Citizens Day on August 21st.
