Taught by Samantha Stipan, owner of Body Language Pilates in Bay View, Milwaukee. Discover the benefits of Pilates while strengthening your health literacy skills. This beginner-friendly class introduces participants to basic Pilates exercises that support flexibility, balance, core strength, and overall well-being. By combining physical activity with digital health literacy, this program empowers adults to make informed decisions about their health and safely engage with online wellness information from trusted experts and vetted resources. Digital Pathways is developed with the support of UnitedHealthcare. It is managed by the American Library Association’s Public Programs Office.
