Learn HUD, State and Milwaukee requirements for operating rental property.

Advanced registration is required.

To register, email your name; complete address including city, state and zip code; and phone number to LLTP@MIlwaukee.gov or (414) 286-2954. Show up with note-taking materials and a copy of the quiz that will be sent to you.

To learn more about the program and view a class schedule go to the Department of Neighborhood Services website.

The class is one (1) five-hour session with an hour lunch break from 12:30-1:30.
