The Milwaukee Turners are committed to defending our constitutional right to free speech and assembly by volunteering as Legal Observers in the Milwaukee area.

Legal Observers document law enforcement encounters with civilians to make sure that civilians’ rights are being respected. Our documentation may be used in court if there are violations of the civilians’ rights, or instances of law enforcement misconduct.
