What does the City of Milwaukee's Environmental Collaboration Office (ECO) actually do and who gets it all done? You'll hear Erick Shamburger, Milwaukee's Director of Sustainability, share what drew him to this work, his role day-to-day, and how you can get more involved in our city this year.
We will be cooking up Erick’s favorite dish with our resident chef, Sharrie Agee, while we talk so come hungry and ready to learn more about what it all takes to build a more sustainable future for our city.
