Recreation and Wellness Resources in Milwaukee County for Older Adults

A Milwaukee County Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) representative will provide an overview of mostly free Milwaukee County Recreation, Socialization, and Wellness opportunities for older adults.  Attendees will learn more about places that you can go and things that you can do to have fun, learn, get healthier, and meet others, including: Health and Wellness Workshops, Companionship Programs, Senior Centers, Local Recreation Programs, Senior Dining, Adult Day Programs, Telephone and Virtual Programs, Lifelong Learning Opportunities, and Wellness Opportunities for Caregivers.  Lunch will be provided.
