Mom 2 Mom is a safe, judgement free, support group for moms and birthing people to connect, share experiences, and learn from each other.

  • Support groups will be facilitated in English
  • 1st Tuesday of each month
  • Topics will rotate at each group and are driven by moms

Topics include:

  • July 1st: Boundaries & Balance
  • Aug 5th: Transitions & Change
  • Sept 2nd: Coparenting & Resilience
  • Oct 7th: Identity Beyond Motherhood
  • Nov 4th: Gratitude & Growth
