Mom 2 Mom is a safe, judgement free, support group for moms and birthing people to connect, share experiences, and learn from each other.

Beginning February 2025

  • Support groups will be facilitated in English
  • 1st Tuesday of each month, starting 02/04/25
  • Topics will rotate at each group and are driven by moms

Topics include:

  • February 4th: Prenatal experiences
  • March 4th: Postpartum period
  • April 1st: Infant feeding & nutrition
  • May 6th: Parenting reflections
  • June 3rd: Self care & emotional wellbeing
