Learn a variety of simple but creative story time props to develop early literacy skills that can be made using open-access online finds and other recyclables.

You don’t have to break the bank to create great props that will enhance your story times and make books come alive! This session will show you a variety of simple but creative story time props that can be made using open-access online finds, your recyclables and craft items you have on hand, to develop early literacy skills. Be ready to snap some pictures!

Tier 2 continuing education: 3.0 hours

This Ready to Read program is geared toward early care and education teachers, but all interested adults are welcome! 
 
Registration required; adults only; no children, no exceptions.  
 
Check in begins 10 minutes prior to class start time so workshop can begin as scheduled. To receive credit, attendees must arrive on time.
