Tech Time offers children an engaging environment to explore and discover fundamental concepts of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).  Through hands-on activities, kids delve into the flow of electricity by constructing enjoyable projects using Snap Circuits.  They also gain insights into electronics through littleBits, a modular system where electronic modules snap together magnetically. September 17 - Learn about coding with Bee Bots and work with LEGO Robotic kits. October 15 - Work with Snap Circuits and littleBits November 19 - Robotics with LEGO WeDo kits December 3 - Play music with Boomwhackers December 10 - Be an Architect - 4:00 - 5:30 pm Ages 8 - 12 years old

This introduction to yoga will focus on low-impact standing and chair-assisted poses. Please wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Chairs will be provided. This class is accessible for all ability levels; no props needed, including mats. Upon arrival, participants will be asked to sign a physical activity waiver. Registration is encouraged.

A light lunch is provided. Career Navigators in the Worker Connection Program will host a table to promote their services and resources. Career Navigators will also assist patrons with creating their resumes and job searches. They will provide hands-on services by guiding patrons through the navigation system of employment.
