• Answering questions about using your smartphone, such as installing apps, accessing the internet, checking messages, etc
• Discovering best practices and resources for learning to type and use a keyboard
• Learning how to use the internet to find information
• Managing email inbox overload
• Hunting for jobs and resume writing
• Finding and using library databases to conduct research

Please note staff cannot:

• Provide legal advice or support
• Provide tax services
• Type resumes, emails, letters, or other documentation for program participants
• Notarize documents or forms
