Learn HUD, State and Milwaukee requirements for operating rental property.

It is a five-hour free class on rules statutes and best practices for operating residential rental in Milwaukee with an hour Lunch-break in the middle. Walk-ins will not receive a certificate! You will receive a PDF manual, quiz and survey upon enrollment. It is HIGHLY-ENCOURAGED that participants study the materials beforehand, and bring a copy of the quiz and notetaking materials with them.
