What does the Department of City Development do & who gets it done? You'll hear Commissioner Crump share what drew him to his role, his day-to-day, & how you can get involved in our city this year.

The Department of City Development- what is it and what is it responsible for? 

At this event you'll learn all about what this important part of our city government does, what drew Commissioner Lafayette Crump to his role, the day-to-day work of the Department of City Development (DCD), and how you can get more involved in our city this year. 

We'll be snacking on Commissioner Crump's favorite dish while we talk, so come hungry and ready to learn more about the inner working of our city government. 

Civic Bites is a monthly series from the Milwaukee Public Library, through the One MKE project, designed to bring you closer to the people who keep our city running.
