Join us for a lunchtime history program at the library! Bring a bag lunch and enjoy an engaging discussion on historical topics. Hear James Heinz talk about the History of the Medal of Honor.

Many myths surround the Medal of Honor and how it is earned and presented. This lecture will explain how the Medal came to be, the changes in the requirements, and the story of the 19 men from Milwaukee County that were awarded it, and the one woman was also received it. Light snack and beverages will be provided.
