Discover the rich history of the Jackson Park neighborhood.

The Jackson Park neighborhood in Milwaukee began developing in the early 20th century, growing around the park of the same name established in 1909. Originally home to many Polish-American families, the area saw a boom in residential construction between the 1920s and 1950s. Today, Jackson Park remains a quiet, diverse, and family-friendly neighborhood centered around its historic green space.
