This workshop includes fun and enriching ways to build the expressive verbal skills of babies and toddlers who are up to 3 years old in your care.

Let's learn fun and enriching ways to build the expressive verbal skills of babies and toddlers who are up to 3 years old in your care. Learn how vocabulary can be boosted through play, in a developmentally appropriate way. Become acquainted with language-building books and teachable moments to seize during daily routines. Be ready to explore our play materials as you decide what ideas might work best in your classroom!

Tier 2 continuing education: 3.0 hours

This Ready to Read program is geared toward early care and education teachers, but all interested adults are welcome!

Registration required; adults only; no children, no exceptions.

Check in begins 10 minutes prior to class start time so workshop can begin as scheduled.  To receive credit, attendees must arrive on time.
