Bullet Journaling

Can a journal help you get stuff done? You bet! People all over the world are using bullet journaling to keep track of their to-do lists and everything else in their lives. In this workshop, participants will learn about bullet journaling, try a few writing exercises, and create their own bullet journal. Bring a notebook or journal to use.

Writing Your Happily Ever After: Journaling to Love Yourself

Journaling improves memory and sleep, boosts productivity, improves immune cell activity, and supports goal achievement. In this fun and engaging workshop, participants will try a variety of exercises that they can use at any time to practice self acceptance and boost their mood.

Creative Journaling

Creative journaling helps us record our thoughts, feelings, ideas, and aspirations. You’ll learn several ways to use your journal and then we’ll play with paper. Come ready to write, doodle, and collage your life.
